As a courtesy to our patients and service providers, we ask that you notify us a minimum of 48 hours in advance if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. Fifty percent of the value of the treatment will be charged for cancellations received less than 48 hours before a scheduled service. No-Shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service are charged at full value.

There are no refunds on any TLC Cosmetic services. Returns on any products must be accompanied by a receipt, be unused, in the original packaging and must be within 10 days of the date of purchase.
